Mi Note 10 Lite proximity sensor problem

Hi,

having problem during calls..

every time I talk display is always ON

it is very frustrating because I keep pushing display with my face and I often turn down the call in the middle of talk

does anyone have some kind of solution?

Same in the current 10 Ultra build 9.24. only noticed today when I walked past a mirror whilst on a call.

I am having the inverse problem. The proximity sensor seems to be detecting all the time that I am close.
Have you try recalibrating the sensor?

In my case clearly the sensor is malfunctioning and I couldn't fix it. I am just trying to return the phone that I bought.
