New mi note 3, problem with bluetooth

Hello, i have a mi note 3, and i have a problem with bluetooth. When i put the phone on airplane mode, when i turn off the airplane mode, dont connect the bluetooth. I need turn off an on the phone. Then bluetooth works fine

Yes the same, if I turn off and on Bluetooth , sometimes not activated

I can confirm this issue on my Mi Note 3. Happening since i upgraded to MIUI 10, stable and weekly since then.
