Mi note 3 volume low in calls

Hi friends well i have a problem with my device

the problem is that when I call with call handset, the sound is very low, I already corroborate with others who have mi note 3 and they tell me that it does not happen to them

I am having this same problem and it's driving me crazy. Speaker volume is fine, but the ear speaker volume is very low and distorted. Please help!
