No, it will not. This phone uses GSM for phone/edge. Crisket wireless uses CDMA, like verizon and sprint. WCDMA is not the cdma that cricket wireless uses in the us. It is the 3g band that is being used. This phone will work on AT&T for phone/3g data, and t-mobile for phone and 2g/edge data only.
