Every time i flash twrp into fastboot and after success i type fastboot reboot while holding volume up the tab getting me in the error 03, if i press there volume up it gets me to the Rom normally, if i turn off the phone and press again Volume up + Power button it gets me to error 03 and once again if i press volume up + power button its booting normally NO TWRP
