MI-Recovery 3.0 rebooting when conntected to pc

While in Mi Recovery 3.0 my device reboots randomly to the same menu (Soft Bricked Mi8)
when not connected to pc it randomly goes into the Reboot Menu (Main Menu->Reboot Menu)
Why? I need to get a stable connection with my pc
