Invalid [Mi10] 20.8.13 - Full screen gesture, swipe up not working


Hi All, my Xiaomi 10 S is running on MIUI 14.0.5. Suddenly noticed that the L to R swipe and swipe-up functions were not working. Googled for solutions. Stumbled upon the answers in this forum. Very grateful for the info in the entries as they led me to think .... I became aware that the issue occurred post installation of Microsoft launcher app (which I find excellent. I unstalled it, rebooted smtphone... all is O.K
