New MI10 TWRP encrypted data

I installed twrp and miui 12 rom from this page. Everything works fine. Now i try to install magisk, but when i boot into twrp it asks me for a user password to decrpyt data. But my password doesnt work? Is there any other way to flash .zip from magisk?

I had a similar problem earlier that day.

My regular password did not work as well, so I rebooted the phone normally, removed the password (and fingerprint) and then rebooted to recovery.
Now, it didn't ask me for a password.

It seems weird since these password seem to be connected somehow but are not the same.

Hello,

I guess you installed 12.1.x.x ROM version so your phone is on Android 11.
To be able to decrypt "/data" partition in TWRP, you currently need to remove any pincode/password to unlock your phone but you can also use pattern instead.
