I upgraded from V13.0.1 to V13.0.4 Stable.
This ROM is NOT stable.
Apps that work before now refuse to work, and VoWiFi is inconsistent. Sometimes people don't hear anything I say, sometimes calls don't dial out at all.
Carrier settings and configuration are correct, the problem is on ROM.
