Hello.
I recently broke my screen on my mi11 ultra. I went to a gsm repair shop and they swapped my display for a new one, however when I went to pick up the phone they asked me if the phone used to heat up because it heats up near the charging port. I said that it did not heat up before. I picked the phone up and as I did not have time to check the phone there I said I will check it up at home and if something is wrong I will come back to them.
However I got home and when I plug the charger it s starting to heat up and it does not seem that it's charging and the xiaomi logo appears and disappears.
I uploaded a small video so you will see how it behaves.
