Mi11 Ultra is very hot

I have no idea about the German version of the phone but before you give up, why don't you backup your data and try the latest weekly?

You have nothing to lose ;). If it works you are fine and if not then you still have to wait for a fix..

Hmm.. We could try latest weekly with an clean installation. If you need assistance doing that feel free to PM me..

One question... Did you ever install the Global version using fastboot? I found it to mess my phone on venus and probably not much different on yours, but we can fix that also.

At the moment i use Fastboot 12.5.4 (it is the latest or?). I never tried an original global Rom, only xiaomi.eu ROMS. I use xiaomi.eu ROMS since 2014.
How can i Turn to an Xiaomi original global Rom? I never done this...

This is the latest stable yes, but the latest weekly is 21.6.9.

You can install Xiaomi ROMs the same way you install EU ROMs. They exist as recovery or fastboot too.

1. Rom version 12.5.7 is the latest version. You can install it through twrp. I already have a tutorial on this 4rum.
2. Flash Global rom via Miflash.

Which one must i Take? eef,ID,in or global for germany? Which is dell in German Stores? Where can i find miflash?
 
try a 15min phone call and your ears grilled :)
the eea rom is the one which is original on the phone when its sold in germany (with ota updates) ?

The xiaomi.eu 12.5.7 rom is the best :D (at the moment)
I have tried Xiaomi.eu, EEA, Global, ID, IN roms and I found xiaomi.eu rom to be the best
 
I have a Mi 11 pro since few weeks and the temperature is a very problem
When i use it not necessary in games, the temperature is more than 40°
I use the global firmware installed by the seller from CN firmware
Is it easy to install eu fw ? Does it solve the issue ?

Maybe your device is defect. Send it back for warranty. But that can be challenging if you ordered in China xD Thats the disadvantage if you couldn't wait for the Europe release ;)

I have Mi 11 Pro too, which scenario does it become hot? I have it go warm when charging or constant usage but never hot that it was uncomfortable to hold.
