Invalid Mi11 with MIUI 13 Stable

Following Problems occur since my upgrade to MIUI 13 Stable yesterday:

- After a Restart, if your SIM-Pin contains an "8", you cannot log into the System anymore, because the Fingerprint Sensor/Icon hides the "8".
I had to put my SIM into another Smartphone and change the PIN to something without "8", to be able to use my phone again.

- No App exceptions in the Dark Mode list can be chosen. The List is empty.

- No Bedtime Mode anymore on System Clock

- After flashing the MIUI 13 via Fastboot, my TWRP is gone. Maybe this is normal behavior, so if this is the case, please ignore that point.

Well, but by yesterday (using MIUI 12.5) ALL Apps were listed there. Now (using MIUI 13) not a single App is listed there. Nothing, not even google or Xiaomi Stock Apps, so I would say, this is an Issue and not normal behavior.

Ok, accepted.
- Dark Mode Issue is, sadly, normal behavior.
- Fingerprint Issue is known.
- Bedtime Mode Issue is something I can live with. I will use this feature with the Google Clock until the Xiaomi Version is back again.
- Only the gone TWRP Recovery after the flashing via Fastboot remains. Is this normal behavior?

In the actual changelog of MIUI weekly ROMs (in bold red), Android 12 is not compatible with TWRP and will be removed upon flashing...

My MIUI 13 has error granting permission to access PUBG Mobile game storage, I have granted permission but it still says not granted and asks me to grant storage access. How to fix it ?

Unable to reproduce on Xiaomi 12 latest Stable.
Try data format using the fastboot commands:

fastboot erase userdata
fastboot reboot

Note that all user data, including on Internal storage, will be removed.

Did this get resolved ? I have the same issue but am a newb so need advice on how to fix
