Mi2s heats up

Hi,
I have got a new Mi2s since monday now, but today I noticed that it heats up pretty hard when I call for just a few minutes, or when I use my phone for 10-20 minutes.. This happens also when in energy saving modus..
I run the latest multilang 3.12.27. Is this something common? or should I be worried? Can I do something to prevent it?

Mine seems to sometimes randomly heat up. Not traced source yet but has to be an app running in the background. Try greenify and see if that helps.
