i bought mi2s from ibuygou
i got it with flickering screen

somebody know this issue ?

system update and factory reset dont help

the problem can go away but if i switch off and then on the device it come back

ibuygou say to me to sent it back
they didn't mention anything else : address to send, what to write on the package , Etc.
of course i will ask for the information but they seem to be very not organized and i afraid to send the phone to them.
i think maybe it will be better to open a paypal dispute and ask for full refund (it not going to be full because i paid 110 dollar tax) after i will send it

some one have experience with sending a device to ibuygou ?
are they give back money for the shipment ?
