New [MI3W, 4.6.6] USB-Tethering not working when VPN is connected

Hi,

Phone: MI3-WCDMA
ROM: xiaomi.eu_multi_cancro_4.6.6_kk-4.4
Issue: USB-Tethering doesn´t work when a VPN is connected.

the computer gets no IP-Address with dhcp. If I set the IP address manually then I can ping from computer to phone but from phone to PC doesn´t work. Tethering doesn´t work either.

Any help would be appreciated
