Hello , my Mi 4 don't get over the Powered by android screen , i've used fastboot to restore to stock but nothing.
3 buttons vibrate for a bit after they stop vibrating aswell. No led status. But i can accesso to storage on the computer.

What can i do? Fastboot is working so i guess is software?
