I just installed 4.11.14 (MIUI 6) on my MI4, however I cannot see option for Indonesian languange on the phone settings, is there any other way to add Indonesian on the phone language' setting?

Nope. We dont have Indonesian translation.

No there is no way because only Chinese version of v6 is released so far. If you can't use English language, you need to wait for the global version to be released.
