Mi4c Battery Drop After Reboot

I have Xiaomi Mi4C and everytime I reboot it or turn it off and on again, the battery percentage drops by 3-5%.

I am on MIUI 8.1. by xiaomi.eu, 6.9.1. Beta.

Anyone else has this problem? Can it be fixed?

OK, after I made a clean flash (wipe everything) and installed MIUI 8.2. by xiaomi.eu 6.11.10. beta yesterday, I charged my mobile phone whole night. In the morning I unplugged it from the charger, rebooted it and the battery dropped from 100% to 80% lol. Can it somehow be calibrated?
