Mi4c Bootloop After Freezing/uninstalled Some Apps

Hi i have a Mi4c on android 5.1.1 and after freezing and uninstalled some apps with TB. I got into a bootloop.
My bootloader is locked and i want the safest way to recover and update to latest MIUI stable( Android N ).

I saw that the official way to unlock the bootloader has bug. Please advise!

I am downloading the latest stable MIUI ( xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4c_V8.2.1.0.LXKCNDL_v8-5.1.zip ) from the Roms Download section.

It was already rooted with kingroot which was preinstalled and it has mi recover and running MIUI Android 5.1.1.
