Is this official software from you guys? Either way I'll be flashing TWRP and the latest weekly build.

I bought my mi4c from gearbest also, and came with 77.0.4.0 miui rom, i updated him to china stable 7.0.16.0
Anyone can tell me if this version locks the bootloader? Or is just the developer rom? If i change the rom to the developer 6.1.7 i can install twrp and flash the xiaomi.eu 6.1.14 without brick risk?

Yup, just 6.1.14 locks the bootloader. You're safe with stable builds...for now...
