Mi4c Mic Not Working When Speaking Only On Speaker Mode

I have a new MI4C that after less than a month the mic is not operating when I'm calling or recievibg a call. People hear me only when i switch to speaker mode. any suggestions?

Restart your mi4c. It's ok

I have the exact same problem but rebooting doesn't fix the problem. Any other ideas?

Try changing in Settings/Sound & Vibrations/ Suppress noise during calls
