Mi5s 4g Not Work

My aperatore 3 Italy, does not work on the band 20, anceh doing a manual scan you never see 4G networks, tried to change SIM and reflash the file NON-HOLS.bin put back on its feet stable but without success the problem is not solved. you have other ideas?

I guess your operator doesn't have station with 4G in your area, as if it is rural they don't put the 1800mhz or 2100
