Mi5s Custom Rom

I'm new to xiaomi and i have a stupid questio:

i have a mi5s and i want to install a custom rom:
but at the download thread for multi, it says "mi5s ... suspended". is this only for the weekly or also for the stable rom? what are the differences between?

or can i use this (stable) rom version: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5S_V8.0.10.0.MAGCNDH_v8-6.0?

That means that The weekly version of Mi5s is not available for this week only,but all earlier versions of weekly and all versions of stable work fine.You can get the last week version 6.11.10 .It works ok
