New "Mi5S MIUI10" The system launcher crashes.

In Mi 5S MIUI 10 environment I made the language Japanese and when I made folders with system launcher it crashed.

If you change the language to English, this crash did not occur. I have not tried languages other than Japanese and English, so I do not know if it crashes.

This is a bug that exists from MIUI 9.
