Mi5s Raw On Eu Rom

Does the Xiaomi.eu rom enables the raw feature in the MI5S? I've seen a screenshot of that and a guy saying that... But I'm not sure because although he said that was the mi5s maybe it was the mi5s plus (the plus have factory raw enabled)
