Mi6: No Sound In Video Calls!

Hi,

My phone has no any sound while a video call is going on. A person who I'm trying to talk with hears me well, but I don't hear anything from him. How to fix it? It's very annoying, without properly working video calls my phone is like a brick.

My ROM is 8.5.8.

I experience the same problem with my Mi Mix 2 with ROM 8.5.8. I also need that basic function to work? Any fix?
