New [Mi8 20.2.20] missing vpn and split screen button

the vpn menu in settings screen and split screen button in recent apps screen are missing.

On me, launcher FC on exit landscape games, like Clash of Clans.
Vpn and split button too missing

VPN is in Connection & sharing.
The new launcher doesn't have split screen support yet.

it's not here, only way to enter vpn menu is search for it.
