Just got my Mi8 explorer edition mobile. Everything works fine except 3D face ID cannot unlock screen in outdoor environment.
It works indoor and full dark environment but totally does not work outdoor. It works again if I move under the tree or go back to indoor. Have tried re-enroll 3D face both indoor and outdoor but it did not help. Attached screen shot is the outdoor environment and my mobile detail.
Anyone has the same issue? Thanks in advance.
