New MI8 Google Pay - device isn't compatible

Clean installation of xiaomi.eu 8.7.26.
No root installed.

First I fixed build.prop file
Tried to install magisk - ctsProfile check failed
Reinstalled the system, problems remains, checked with safety net checker, ctsProfile is ok.

Solved with vpn.
It occurs that google pay is not available in some countries.
