MI8 SE after stable update turns on in Fastboot and stays there

Goodmorning everyone. My xiaomi mi8 SE.Da Rom Stable xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.0.1.0.OEBCNFH of 4.9.2018
I did the update to xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.2.1.0.OEBCNFK a few hours ago. Restarted with TWRP and everything is regular
the installation. The device has restarted in Fastboot and remains on fastboot. I turn off, turn back on and always appears Mi and immediately after fastboot and there 'remains blocked. Someone can help me, please, to solve. ADB does not see the device. Maybe it's me that I did something wrong. Thanks in advance

i had this problem too , The only solution is to flash chinese stock version with miflash pro on fastboot mode (choose flash_all not flash_all and lock)

This does't work. Mi Flash says everything is ok, but nothing is really installed...
