New Mi8 SE - Always on display notifications bug

Model: Mi8 SE
MIUI rom version: 8.8.23

Error: always on display notifications not showed for installed apps (like gmail). System apps (like sms app) shows notifications. Both apps are configured the same:

Is it necessary to attach log ?

Any news? 8.9.20 version installed and the bug persists
