[MI8 SE] Can't install ANY custom ROM

I can't write in english so well, but i'm gonna try.

I just can't install ANY custom rom, it always goes to fastboot mode.

I'm on latest stock china beta [9.1.24]. Tried to install miui.eu 9.1.14, even pixel experience (through twrp 1227), but when I reboot to system>>> stuck on fastboot mode. Always.

(By the way, when it happens, I always have to flash stock china again so I can flash TWRP again. If I don't do that, I got "FAILED (remote: Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error)" on CMD.

Oh, I tried to boot into recovery with 1217, 1102, etc, no sucess. Only 1227 works. Also I formated DATA, Dalvik, Cache, but no sucess.

Help, please :(

Edit: Yes, my bootloader is unlocked. :)

Not clear what you are doing:
You flash stock china via MIflash? right?
Then you boot or install TWRP1102? right?
Then you install eu rom 9.1.24? right?
before reboot the rom you install TWRP 1227? right?
Normally this should work perfectly for everybody and and been heavely checked!
What's wrong with you?
EDIT:
What stock china rom did you take?. I hope it is not the new one just outgoing few days ago, the one under pie they just released.

Hello!
I'm using stock china.
Then I boot/install TWRP 1227 (1102 doesn't work)
Yes, I try installing eu rom 9.1.24, but when I reboot to system, it takes me to fastboot. Always!
I'm china beta 9.1.24 (the latest!)
 
If you stay with MIFLASH you will be prevented to downgrade by mistake.

Flashed 8.12.13 through MiFlash sucessfull, but still same error when flashing .eu rom
- flashed/booted twrp 1217 > format data > reboot to twrp again > install eu rom (latest stable) > flash twrp 1227> reboot to system > stuck on fastboot. lol
What am I doing wrong?

FORGET Latest STABLE EU ROM. make use of eu 9.1.24 or 17 DEV only.

I suggest you to try as follow.
-official 8.12.13 via MIflash and boot into it.
-twrp 1102
-flash and BOOT on 8.12.20 EU rom.
_if OK you flash 9.1.3 eu (if you can't download it) or 9.1.24 you got.
-twrp 1227 before boot up.
you should succeed.

i have a similar issue with my mi8se. i want to instal 10.2. but system will not start and freeze with mi. com logo (android 3 points are running...)
now i tried your way:

-official 8.12.13 via MIflash and boot into it.
OK

-twrp 1102
OK

-flash and BOOT on 8.12.20 EU rom.
Flash OK but boot stucks on MI. com logo...

_if OK you flash 9.1.3 eu (if you can't download it) or 9.1.24 you got.
-twrp 1227 before boot up.
you should succeed.

I wrote to rettroo ;-) i have already newest eu ROM.

I hope you learnt from your mistakes.
And forever forget the STABLE versions, they have the name but they are never better than the DEV built at this site.

now have 8.12.20 eu rom with twrp 1102. now have the updater a new rom!!
what i need to go in new eu rom 19.2.23?

You download and flash eu 9.2.15 (9.2.21 is not good for battery leak) AND BEFORE reboot to system you must flash the new recovery 1227 in fastboot mode or install .img via recovery .

What do you mind by "bootloop" because install time can be more than 10 mn.
What do you get when you go into recovery mode?
