MI8 touch-screen problem

Yesterday i got new mi8 from GB. I turned on and my touch screen doesnt work. Display is fine, but touch not work..
It work only for 5 seconds and next 10 minutes for example is not working.. I tried wipe data/factory reset- but it not help..
I connect OTG cable with mouse and its working..
Should i claim it and send for repair? I have global version, unlock bootloader its not good option becouse i must 15-30 days. Version of system is 10.1.2.0.

With this problem, I wouldn't do experiments and send them back. It might be a defect of the hardware, no other ROM will help.
