I there, my Mi 8 is unlocked, I rolled back to stock global ROM 10.0.2 then, updated it OTA to 10.1.1. After that reflashed TWRP 3.2.3 and installed the latest release with android 9. But it hangs at the first setup step:

Tried everything, also the latest 8.1 ROM is suffering from this.
