New Mi9 Google sheet app can't disable "dark mode" from 20.7.2

if I turn on the dark mode, the google sheet app will show white text with white background, and be non-readable.

I try to turn off it in "individual apps" menu, and it worked just once.
after a while, or I cleaned memory, it just back to dark mode and non-readable.

I just update to 20.7.9, it wasn't fixed

I'm having this exact same problem still on MIUI 12.5 (Poco X3 pro). Except reversed (I'm default dark mode, white mode is non readable).
