Prolbem: Phone bootloop to TWRP and cannot decrypt data in TWRP.

I came from xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9SE_21.1.28_v12-11 and went to xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9SE_21.2.3_v12-11

I tried reflashing different TWRP versions, but still stuck in bootloop
I tried re-installing the same rom and an older rom by pushing them with ADB push.
Roms install without errors, but phone still boots to TWRP

Seems like the only solution is formatting the date partition.

I have been dirty flashing roms for years (Redmi2, Redmi 3s, Mi9, Mi9SE), but the last two roms suddenly went wrong.

Is there any solution so I don't have to factory reset my phone with every weekly update?

You might want to flash vbmeta image from global stable using this command:
Code:
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
try to boot, if still looping:
"reinstall" twrp with:
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
reflash latest rom
