Micloud Backup Problem

Hello,
For some reason I cannot backup the system and the apps to the MiCloud. The process seems to start but does not go on. The storage in the Cloud is 25 GB,my ROM: MIUI 6.5.12.
Has anyone of you ever faced such an issue?

Ok,after the latest MiUI upgrade the backup to the MiCloud somehow happened- not smoothly- it was stopping several times,but finally succeded. I was so happy with the upgrade...until I realized the Google Now voice commands :"call..." and "send sms" end with the speaker annoucing "the phone is blocked,please unblock it" (I am translating it from Polish,maybe the sentence sounds a little different on English set phones).
Anyone of you heard of the Google Now issue?
