Same here. You have to copy all the files to your pc and then format the sd card (on the computer, otherwise it does not work!) and then put the files back to your sd card.

I had the same problem.
Beside, i had also a problem with the twrp that encrypted the interna sd, but could access the external sd. Decided to make a clean install, with full wipe (factory reset) then the internal sd was ok.
When restarted the so, i still didn't had access to the external sd. Solution was copy to pc, format and then e very went ok
