Miflash Dont Work

HI,
I have Problem to Flash my MI 5 .
I start flashing and nothing happens. After 30 minutes. This stand in status bar:
fastboot -s d5d74253 getvar product 2>&1 | findstr /r /c:“^product: *MSM8974″ || echo Missmatching image and device
I have no ideas what to do! Deisntall MIFlash and install It dont work.
