miflash download?

Hey where can you download miflash?
I been googling around but havent found a list or database over the latest version of miflash.
Do anybody know?

miflash can i use this and the latest update.zip 2.5.25 and flash the phone?
Do i choose what system/partition too update or do it flash both?
