Mikey doesn't work on Redmi note 4g

Hi, to everyone I installed Miui from this website.. latest one 4.12.5 , Is it normal that Mikey preinstalled App doesn't work? When I try to click on this app, it says : Unfortunately, Mikey has stopped ... Is it known that this App is not compatible? I mean there's a way to solve it?

Remove it by going to settings --> apps. Then install Mikey from this website http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/mikey-app-2-5-1.24220/
