I have seen these two issues for several MIUI releases:
1. MIUI's sound files aren't listed in alphabetical order in Theme Manager or in Settings:Common.
2. The Theme Manager and Settings:Common do not pick up the Android System sounds or the sounds I put in SDCard/media/audio/(ringtones, alarms, or notifications). Android System sounds and my added sounds do show up in Settings

I know I can put sounds in SDCard/MIUI/ringtone and they will be picked up in Theme Manager and Settings:Common. I'd rather keep sounds in the standard place so that non-MIUI apps can see them.
