Mipad2_v8.1.1.0.laccndi_v8-5.1 Issues With Google Play Downloads

Hi everyone
I just installed the latest stable (MIPAD2_V8.1.1.0.LACCNDI_v8-5.1) for MIPAD2. It seems like apps installing from Google Play Store takes forever to download or just stop at the end without actually installing. Is that a known issue or is there any workaround about this?
