Missing Magic centre Mi 10 Ultra

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the Xiaomi magic center will also arrive for the mi 10 ultra (because in some online articles it is reported that all devices with with MIUI 13 and Android 12 then since a new stable rom has just been released (May 27) for this device and it is not yet available, maybe someone knows a way to enable it?

It's called "Mi Smart Hub" and it's only available starting with Mi Link Service (app label: "Cast", package name: com.milink.service) version 13.0.0.0, which is not part of official China Beta ROMs yet.
