Missing themes

My sister on redmi 5 plus somehow delete apk theme. It persist in settings menu but when i want to enter there ia only default theme. What can i do for her, dont find any apk on internet

You could reinstall the rom

She doesnt want to remove bootloader
Can i try to enter original recovery and find original rom and reinstal

So you are using global OFFICIAL rom? You should have posted in the official forum but you can install the rom through fastboot but have to unlock bootloader

I have eu rom on my redmi pro, but she doesnt have on redmi 5 plus.
