I got problem with my gps. My map app didn't work with thus problem , its just me or other also had same issue

GPS work perfectly for me. Have you try in parameters use only GPS without mobile network ?

The GPS is working fine at my end as well, Maps and Location History are all working good

After clear install GPS start working fine. Before it on dirty flash don't work for me.

MiUI 10 is 100% usable. No bugs and it's stable.
With the update 8.7.26 i can easily reach the 8h of SOT.

Do I need a different TWRP version or can I flash it normally?

You can flash it normally, but I prefer full wipe. To many dirty flashes mean problem's.
