I dont think so.... marshmallow is final version so far.
Maybe MIUI10 update will go with Oreo

If i flash this rom for my kenzo. Will it update my firmware partition and modem.
Or its just system and kernel?

You can check "\META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script" script in rom zip package.

package_extract_file("firmware-update/NON-HLOS.bin", "/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modem");

If this line is included, it updates modem firmware.
