New MIUI 11.0.2 on Redmi Note 4 bug with dialing contacts

Hello!
Since I updated to MIUI 11.0.2 on Redmi Note 4, when I want to dial or text a contact from the contact list (list of recent calls works fine), I have to click on the dial button ten times before it responds.
Other than this very frustrating bug (phone that doesn't dial contacts!), I haven't noticed any other problems since the update.
Please help!!!

I have the same problem, Since I updated to MIUI 11.0.2 on Redmi Note 4
Diall button dosn`t work for the first touch
Doas anybody know haw to solve this problem?
