depends on your current fw. maybe you need to format data
this rom is china-dev rom (not xiaomi.eu based)

yes, if you already have xiaomi.eu installed on your mipad,
just flash this.
maybe you have to format data cause of the android 8 to 11 change.

damn...i just realized this is for Mipad4 Plus, i have a Mipad 4

Mipad4 runs very good with that miui11 ROM above.
All is working so for, but cause it is the china-dev it is English only.

Mipad4 is now "Redmi Note 7"
