MIUI 11 to MIUI 10 without unlocked bootloader

Hi,

do you know if there is any way to downgrade form Android 10 to Android 9 without unlocked bootloader on Mi 9T? I have read here that this is possible with miflashtool, but without any tutorial and there was also a comment that someone got bootloop so i wanted to ask again just to be sure about it.

go to fastbood and check with fastboot getvar anti command... if return is 3 you are ok, if return is 4, than that is no ok...
